RWR Health Expands!

With a targeted channel approach and over 20 years of best practice recruitment and success across New Zealand and Australia, Trish and John identified an opportunity to widen the group's recruitment capability. In February 2018 RWR Group launched their healthcare-specific recruitment brand - RWR Health.
 
RWR Health is a proud extension of RWR Group's philosophy of managing talent, influencing careers and making the best connections across the Health Sector.

Our first franchise for RWR Health was the Lower North Island Region, with Jeanette Rendle coming on board as Director of the Agency. Jeanette who worked for Retailworld in the early days (circa 2001) brought over 12 years of recruitment experience followed by 7 years at the Hawkes Bay District Health Board. Jeanette has a perfect mix of recruitment industry and health sector knowledge expertise. 

Since 2018 RWR Health has expanded throughout New Zealand. Robbie McKenzie joined us in 2020 as Director of RWR Health Northern.  Robbie's career spans specialist recruitment for the health sector, key account management and 5+ years in government and social services. 

The health sector globally has faced skill shortages for many years, with fierce competition from local and international organisations struggling to attract and retain top talent.  RWR Health has successfully sourced talent across NZ, Australia, South Africa, Canada, Ireland, Scotland and the UK.  The team is proud to have built a global network of connections across the Health sector.
