Are you passionate about helping people return to work and regain independence after injury or illness? We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing vocational rehabilitation services across clinic and community settings.

About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to assess their abilities and create tailored rehabilitation plans to help them return to work. Your role will involve:

• Conducting functional assessments and return-to-work programmes
• Delivering rehabilitation interventions in clinic and community settings
• Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic client care
• Supporting clients in navigating challenges related to physical, mental, and social wellbeing as they reintegrate into the workforce

About You: We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and is registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand
• Has experience in vocational rehabilitation (preferred but not essential)
• Is empathetic, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a supportive team
• Is comfortable working in both clinic and community-based settings
• Holds a valid driver's licence and is willing to travel for community visits
