24/7 Helpline (via text, phone, webchat, and email), face-to-face counseling, youth mentoring, and community programs to help young people grow and thrive.

Youthline relies on the support of partners and donors to continue empowering young New Zealanders through life’s challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing: - Developing and implementing a multichannel strategy to drive donor growth and increase revenue
- Leading and managing individual giving campaigns, including regular giving, direct marketing, and legacy programs
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of fundraising campaigns
- Analyzing data and providing insights to continuously refine and improve the individual giving strategy
What You’ll Bring: - A degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing individual giving programs
- Proven success in donor acquisition, retention, and maximising donor value
- Strong copywriting, project management, and data analysis skills
- Experience in the non-profit sector and a passion for making a difference
