Youthline is a "with youth, for youth" organization that has been supporting young people aged 12-24 across Aotearoa New Zealand for over 50 years. We provide essential services such as our free 24/7 Helpline (via text, phone, webchat, and email), face-to-face counseling, youth mentoring, and community programs to help young people grow and thrive.
As a registered charity, Youthline relies on the support of partners and donors to continue empowering young New Zealanders through life’s challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing a multichannel strategy to drive donor growth and increase revenue
• Leading and managing individual giving campaigns, including regular giving, direct marketing, and legacy programs
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of fundraising campaigns
• Analyzing data and providing insights to continuously refine and improve the individual giving strategy

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing individual giving programs
• Proven success in donor acquisition, retention, and maximising donor value
• Strong copywriting, project management, and data analysis skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector and a passion for making a difference
