About the Role

We’re seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner who values flexibility and work-life balance.

• Flexible sessions: Customise your schedule—2 sessions per day with 1.5 hours of admin time included.
• Diverse patient base: A growing and dynamic patient population, mostly aged 25-44, increasing by approximately 100 patients monthly.
• Longer consults: 30-minute new patient appointments, with 15-minute follow-ups.
• Special Interests Supported: Areas like minor surgery, older persons’ health, and women’s health are highly encouraged.
• Broader opportunities: Collaborate with Practice Plus for virtual after-hours care and conduct GP rounds in aged care facilities.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
• Effective communication and adaptability in a changing healthcare environment.
• A focus on continuous professional development.
• General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand (support for eligible overseas candidates is available).
