Regional Clinical Nurse Lead – Canterbury Clinics 

We’re looking for a nurturing and strategic leader to step into the part-time role (0.5 FTE) of Regional Clinical Nurse Lead. Starting in January 2025, this position is based in Christchurch and offers flexibility to travel across clinics. You’ll guide and support our talented nursing teams, fostering excellence and ensuring care that makes a meaningful difference. On-call duties are required no more than once per month.

What You’ll Do:
  • Inspire and mentor nursing teams to grow and thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with cluster managers, charge nurses, and clinic staff to enhance care delivery.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Oversee funding streams and resources to maintain efficient, sustainable services.
  • Promote equity and inclusivity in all aspects of patient care and team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • At least five years of nursing experience in New Zealand.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a passion for guiding and supporting others.
  • A commitment to biculturalism and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with MedTech or similar systems (an advantage).
