What We’re Looking For
  • Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate.
  • Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in aged care.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of health and disability sector standards, continuous improvement systems, and quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with interRAI, Medi-Map, and eCase (advantageous).
