Youthline is seeking an Individual Giving Specialist to join our team and lead the way in growing our individual giving programs, building stronger relationships with our valued donors, and making a lasting impact on the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow individual giving income through donations, appeals, and campaigns.
  • Manage and execute donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Create and oversee donor journeys to ensure personalized and meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling fundraising materials.
  • Analyze donor data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-value donors and manage a portfolio of regular and major givers.
  • Plan and manage direct mail, digital, and telemarketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on income generation, donor trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and provide accurate forecasts for individual giving activities.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing individual giving programs
  • Proven success in donor acquisition, retention, and maximising donor value
  • Strong copywriting, project management, and data analysis skills
  • Experience in the non-profit sector and a passion for making a difference
