About You

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who:

• Holds current Nursing Council of New Zealand registration and an annual practising certificate.
• Is passionate about providing high-quality, culturally appropriate palliative care.
• Aspires to advance their skills and work towards expert status with full support to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in advanced nursing or palliative care.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and coordinate care for patients and their whānau to meet specialist palliative care needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans aligned with patient goals.
• Act as a resource and advocate for patients, whānau, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance palliative care services.
