A unique opportunity has become available for a Nurse Practitioner in the Christchurch/Rangiora area. This role offers flexibility with FTE options ranging from 0.4 to 0.8, allowing you to balance mobile clinical rounds in Aged Residential Care (ARC) facilities while keeping days in traditional primary care elsewhere, offering variety in your work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical rounds in ARC facilities, providing care to elderly patients, including those with dementia.

• Contribute to the clinical leadership team to help shape services and strategic direction.

Skills & Experience:

• Current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Experience in general practice or aged care, with a passion for elderly care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to salaried or contractor arrangements.
