What We’re Looking For

• Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate.
• Proven leadership experience in aged care, with a strong understanding of HR processes and team management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health and disability sector standards, quality improvement systems, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with interRAI, Medi-Map, and eCase is an advantage.
