About the Role
Are you an experienced grant writer with a passion for driving positive change? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grant Funding Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tender applications and grant proposals. Working within a charity/not-for-profit organisation, this role is pivotal in securing funding to support critical programmes and services that make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting grant and tender applications.
• Research and identify funding opportunities from government agencies, private foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key funders and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a strategic grants plan to diversify revenue streams.
• Monitor funding outcomes and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in grant writing, tender applications, or fundraising.
• Proven track record of securing grants from various funders.
• Experience working within the charity / not-for-profit sector, particularly with youth-focused organisations, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and a persuasive tone.
• Strong research and project management abilities, including managing multiple applications simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with grant management software.
