What We’re Looking For:
  • Clinical leadership experience in mental health, addiction, or social services.
  • Strong understanding of Mātauranga Māori, Tikanga, and Te Reo.
  • A relevant health or social services qualification (Level 7+ preferred).
  • Experience in programme development and service improvement.
  • Ability to foster a positive, culturally safe team environment.
