About the Practice

A well-established medical centre, purpose built for efficiency and high quality patient care, that has been serving the growing local community since 2014. With modern facilities, including minor surgery, observation bays, and top-tier equipment, they ensure a professional and efficient environment for clinicians.

The current team includes 8 GPs, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 10 nurses and 10+ admin/support staff, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Located in a vibrant local shopping precinct, they’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, a gym and ample free parking.

The Role

• General practice role with a diverse patient base (mostly young families and professionals)
• Own patient book to build strong patient relationships
• Structured support & supervision – weekly sessions with the Clinical Director
• 15-minute appointment slots – efficient and well-managed schedule
• Flexible hours and work-life balance – avoid burnout with a sustainable workload

What We’re Looking For

• NZ Registered GP or GPEP Level 2 (or international equivalent eligible for NZMC registration)
• A team player who enjoys collaborative learning and professional development
• Someone who thrives in a busy, well-supported environment
• Experience with Indici PMS is a plus (training available)
