About The JobYou will work closely with an experienced Director, Recruitment Consultants plus an array of talented candidates. The purpose of the role is to deliver recruitment support specifically around candidate sourcing and relationship management. You’ll do this through:
- Creation, posting and management of all job advertisements
- Creative sourcing methods to secure top talent for our clients
- Paper and Phone Screening all candidate applications
- Completion of multiple candidate interviews per week and profile writing
- Maintaining database integrity through our CRM
- Monitoring applicant progress throughout the recruitment process
- Completion of reference checks
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Monday to Friday
- Over time there is natural career progression here - into a full Account Management position with responsibilities across client and candidate management
About youThis role is going to be fast paced day in day out with daily KPI’s to achieve. You’ll need the following to be successful:
- You'll be a recent graduate, ideally with a major in and a passion for HR. This is an opportunity to launch your career.
- Proven administration skills - experience working with computers and various software programmes will be critical
- Service and sales oriented. You’ll be warm, engaging, curious and able to build relationships quickly
- Attitude is as important as your skills and knowledge - we look for resilient, positive, 'can do' people in our business
- Whilst we have excellent systems, tools and people to support you, self motivation and use of initiative in your daily work is required
- Flexible and adaptable. You’ll be capable of responding quickly to changing priorities, and not one to shy away from trouble shooting to get the best result possible - no two days are the same for all the right reasons!
- Exceptional verbal and written communication is vital to the success of this role
- An understanding of, or connection and exposure to the Health Sector is advantageous
