About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide strong clinical leadership in an aged care setting. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership and quality focused role.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a current NZ Practising Certificate.
• Proven leadership experience in aged care or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of health & disability sector standards and quality improvement systems.
• Experience with interRAI, Medi-Map, and eCase is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
