About the Organisation: - This is a Porirua based leader in brain injury rehabilitation. They provide accredited post-acute, residential, and community-based services.
- They deliver services for multi trauma, concussion, and traumatic brain injuries for clients across Wellington and surrounding areas.
- IDT includes neuropsychologists, physios, SLTs, rehab coaches, medical specialists, and Kaiārahi Māori.
- Partnered with nationwide Allied Health provider, offering additional locations and peer collaboration.
About the Job: - Deliver neuro rehabilitation services for clients in their homes, community settings, workplaces, and clinics.
- Manage a varied caseload across Wellington, including Porirua, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Kapiti and up to Ōtaki (this can be designed around where you live)
- Flexible hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm.
- Some hybrid working: start your day from home, one of our clinics or Porirua base depending on clients, reporting and paperwork.
- Work autonomously with control over your own diary, balancing client-facing rehab and ACC contract administration.
- Access fleet cars or receive mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
About You: - NZ registered Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years’ post-grad experience.
- Strong interest in neuro-rehabilitation (brain injury, concussion, vocational rehab or pain management backgrounds welcomed).
- Highly organised and comfortable managing your own diary, caseload and productivity targets.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about making a real impact on client outcomes.
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital clinical systems and remote/hybrid working.
