 We’re seeking a Care Home Manager to lead operations at a well-established facility supporting 40 residents and 34 village units. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make real impact through care, community and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing daily operations, financials and occupancy targets
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing clinical and support team
  • Ensuring quality care and compliance with health sector standards
  • Fostering strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven leadership in aged care or health services
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Confidence with decision-making and driving change
