About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to provide strong clinical oversight and leadership within a small, close-knit aged care facility in Nelson.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting staff development and driving continuous improvement across clinical operations.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated Facility Manager and a small team of Registered Nurses, offering support and direction while fostering a warm, person-centred environment.

What You’ll Bring

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Aged care experience is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of clinical standards, compliance and quality assurance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style
