We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Administrator to join a well-run aged care facility in Nelson. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of daily admin operations and provide steady support to the leadership team.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, including:

• Making sure staff timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Keeping employee contracts, variations, and compliance records up to date
• Handling internal communications and reporting with head office
• Managing day-to-day admin, ordering supplies and being the friendly point of contact for staff, families and visitors

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who’s confident juggling a full plate and doesn’t shy away from the doing. You’ll bring:

• Experience in a senior admin, office coordinator or similar role
• A knack for picking up new systems and using tech confidently
• A practical, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner
• The ability to manage your workload without needing to be micromanaged
